Ordering, Delivery & Returns

Ordering is easy!

Simply choose the products you would like, pay by Debit or Credit Card, and we will send you the items direct to your door!

Delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £75.

And make sure you sign up for exclusive offers, discount codes, and news on upcoming arrivals!

We dispatch 99% of orders within 24 hours, but sometimes this can take longer, particularly at peak times.

All our items are available to purchase across multiple shopping locations, meaning something may go out of stock at anytime, and before we can update the website.

In most cases we will have more stock arriving within 72 hours meaning just a short delay.

But if we cannot fulfil an order, or part of an order, you will be automatically be refunded for any items we cannot provide.

Not all our products, and offers, are available online. 

Please visit the store in person to view our full ranges, and see our many exclusive in-store only deals.

Some products will be even lower priced in store than on our website. This is due to the increased cost of selling online, such as postage & packing costs.

In the event of any listing, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.

On Limited Edition items, such as Charlie Bears mohair ranges, we will be restricting purchases to one per customer/household on release.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders for customers with a history of reselling at inflated prices, and business sellers.

Sale/Reduced Items - All our items are new, but sale items may have been previously displayed in our shop. This means some may have removed price labels, or superficial cosmetic outer box damage. By purchasing sale items you accept this may be the case.

Our items are only available to the UK mainland. 

We currently cannot supply to the Channel Islands.

Tracking details are provided once the order is sent so you can manage your delivery. 

Larger orders may be sent in multiple parcels, which may be dispatched on different days, or from different warehouses.

You can follow your order, and make changes to the delivery day, by visiting their websites & entering your tracking number.

You can access this 24 hours a day.

If you are not going to be home during your delivery time slot, and do not reschedule before delivery, you accept that the parcel may be left at your property. 

All parcels left at properties are the buyers responsibility, and we accept no liability once delivered.

Buyer is required to make reasonable effort to facilitate delivery of their item(s). Should the courier have to return a parcel to us due to two, or more, failed delivered attempts, you accept a return charge of up to £10 may be deducted from your refund to cover original and return postage costs.

By placing an order on our website, you accept all terms stated above.

 

Returns

You are entitled to cancel your order and return any unopened, & unused, goods within 14 days for a full refund. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost, and risk of loss or damage, when returning the goods. So you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the items value, and send all goods on a tracked and signed for service.

Please remember to include your full details, including original order number, inside the parcel.
